An electronic notarization is performed by a notary public electronically using an electronic seal and electronic signature.

Remote Online Notarization is a global service that’s performed remotely using two-way audio-video technology using a desktop or mobile device. This online service is equivalent to in-person however every part is done over the internet on a safe and secure platform.

Mobile Notary

The notary service is performed at an agreed upon location by both parties. The Notary travels to that specific location to perform the notarial act.

Travel Fee $8 & Mileage Surcharge

Do you provide the document?

No. The customer/signer must provide the documents that needs to be notarized.

What form of ID do I need?

Any official identification with your name and picture on it. Most common forms are State ID, drivers license, passport, or Military ID.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Cash is the primary payment method. In certain cases, electronic payments will be accepted via Zelle.

Can I come to your location?

No. We offer mobile services. However, remote and electronic notary services are available.

What do I need to bring?

A proper form of ID (State ID, drivers license, passport, Military ID), and your document that needs to be notarized.

Can you notarize something without the signer present?

No. The signer must prove their identity and sign the document in the presence of the notary.

How late are you open?

We are open 24 hours 7 days a week.

How soon can I make an appointment?

You can make an appointment at your convenience. Same day and scheduled appointments are welcomed.

Where do you travel?

Across the state of Maryland. A travel fee is associated.
